"This image shows a door which in itself is a lovely simple shot with beautiful lighting - but then we have the figure blurred apart from the one shoe which is sharp as a pin.

The shot is so formal in terms of composition - the door is central in the shot. To all intense and purposes the shot is about the door. But it’s not, because of the shoe. "
